Shipping policy

At Desmaria Love, it is very important to us that our customers are 100% satisfied with their purchase. However, once an order has been placed and the item has been shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

If damage occurs to your product during shipment, contact us by email immediately at desmarialoveteam@gmail.com.  Please provide your order number, email address, and photos of damaged items. Only online purchases from www.desmarialove.com are accepted for damaged returns.

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. You should receive the credit within 3-7 business days, depending on your card issuer’s policies. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding federal holidays.

CANCELING AN ORDER

You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it BEFORE it has been shipped or packed for shipment – by reaching out to us via email. NOTICE: If you do not cancel within 24 hours the order will proceed to be shipped out.

PURCHASES MADE THROUGH RETAILERS

Please contact the store you purchased from for a return or exchange. We are unable to provide a return or exchange for a purchase made through a retailer.

TRACKING SHOWS THE PACKAGE WAS DELIVERED BUT I DIDN’T RECEIVE MY PACKAGE. WHAT IF I HAVE A LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGE?

When completing an order, the customer must provide a safe and accurate address for delivery. Once an order has shipped, Desmaria Love is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the order. Please contact the carrier for any information regarding the delivery. Have your tracking number available to provide to the carrier to assist with the investigation.

Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

SHIPPING LEAD TIME

All orders have at least 3-4 business days lead time upon receipt of order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped.

Orders placed during a holiday or promotion will have an approximate lead time of at least 5-7 business days upon receipt of the order. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped.

 DOMESTIC ORDERS

The purchaser is responsible for providing the correct mailing address. We do not make address adjustments unless notified. So please verify that you entered the correct address, before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you notice that you’ve entered the wrong address you can email us at desmarialoveteam@gmail.com with the correct shipping address before your order has shipped. Note: Once an order has shipped we will not update the address.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time, we do not ship internationally. However, we may plan to do so in the future.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

If a package is returned to Desmaria Love due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost. Desmaria Love is not responsible for packages delivered incorrectly or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer.
